Import

There are several import mechanisms:

• Import wizard for tab separated lists: Import data from foreign sources and attach further data to existing data sets in the database.
• Replication with a local database.
• Restoring an Archive .
• Outdated but kept for compatibility
  • Import of specimen scans (): Import image data, where the accession number is a part of the file name. Image data can be imported together with default information to the entire batch.
  • Import and reimport of tab-separated lists (outdated but kept for compatibility): Import data from foreign sources and reimport after external editing.
