Export
There are several options to export your data. You can either export data of the entire database or the content of the data sets listed in the specimen list.
Export data of the whole database
Export of the content of the entire database is possible either as a backup on the database server or as export as csv files. See the Backup chapter for more details.
Export data of selected specimens
There are several export mechanisms:
- Export of tab-separated lists
- Export data in a tab separated format for external analysis or editing.
- Export from Grid-Mode using the export function for Specimens, Organisms, Parts and CollectionEvents.
- Export of the content of a single datebase table with the Table editors .
- Export via Spread sheets .
- For a flexible export that includes data from linked modules, choose the export wizard .
- Export as SQLite database

- XML
- ABCD: Export data as XML according to ABCD schema 2.06 (see www.tdwg.org).
- JSTOR: Export data as XML according to format of JSTOR and the Global Plant Initiative respectively.
- Bavarikon: Export data as XML according to format of Bavarikon .
- Label print
- Generation of labels.
- Generation of inventory lists.
- Replication with a local database.
- Cache database .
- Creating an archive .
